The customer orders and tracks on a map, the driver accepts, delivers and proves delivery, and operations sees everything live. Three interfaces on one system.

## What we build
- **The customer app:** Phone sign-in, choosing the service or products, pinning the location on a map, paying by card, Apple Pay or on delivery, and live order tracking.
- **The driver or technician app:** Accepting orders, navigating to the location, updating status, proof of delivery by photo or signature, and cash settlement. Built on our work on the Zaiti oil-change services app.
- **The dispatch dashboard:** Live orders on a map, manual or automatic assignment to drivers, zones and pricing, and daily reports for orders and collection.
- **Integrations and payment:** Saudi payment gateways, WhatsApp and SMS notifications, maps, and a link to Odoo or your accounting and inventory system.
- **Publishing and handover:** We publish to the App Store and Google Play on accounts in your name, and hand over the source code, the server and the dashboard.

## How the project runs
1. **Scoping:** We map the order journey from start to delivery and define a first version that reaches the market without extras.
2. **Design:** Screens for both apps and the dashboard, in Arabic and English, which you try before we code.
3. **Build in milestones:** Backend and APIs, then the customer app, then the driver app, then the dashboard, each tested on your own phone.
4. **Soft launch, then public:** We launch to one area or a small driver team first, fix what surfaces, then open to everyone.

### How much does a delivery app cost?
