# Cancellation and Refund Policy | kerneltics

> Cancellation and refund handling for kerneltics technology services, including websites, apps, Odoo, automation, and consultations.

## Scope
This policy applies to kerneltics digital and professional services, including websites, apps, Odoo, integrations, automation, and consultations.

## Proposals and approval
Scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, and payment schedule are defined in each project proposal or agreement. Work begins after client approval and payment of the agreed amount.

## Cancellation before work starts
If the client cancels before actual work starts or resources are reserved, paid amounts may be refunded after deducting transfer fees or non-refundable third-party costs.

## Cancellation after work starts
After work begins, payments cover time, resources, and completed or scheduled deliverables. Future unstarted milestones may be cancelled after settling amounts due.

## Revisions and acceptance
- Each service includes the number of revisions agreed in the proposal or contract.
- Any request outside scope or after milestone approval is treated as additional work.
- Written approval, launch, or use of a deliverable counts as acceptance of that milestone.

## Possible refund cases
- A duplicate payment or clear billing error.
- Cancellation of a service that has not started and for which resources have not been reserved.
- Inability to deliver an agreed scope after a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

## Non-refundable items
- Work that has been completed, approved, or used.
- Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, licenses, ads, and payment fees.
- Refund requests caused by change of mind or client delays in providing requirements.
